    Acer Crystal Eye Webcam Problem

    I have an Acer Aspire 5517 laptop and I had to redownload my Acer Crystal Eye Webcam because it had stopped working. Although I have downloaded the webcam again numerous times it still doesn't work. I click on the webcam and it comes up black and doesn't let me do anything.

    Please someone help me! Thank you!

    have you tried uninstalling the actual camera driver and not the software.

    reinstall driver and shazam should work
