Do you have a wireless/bluetooth button on your laptop? If so, is it switched on? If not switch it on and try to reinstall. or Are you trying to install an external bluetooth device?

Have you tried reinstalling the bluetooth software with the bluetooth button switched on?

The image of the device manager. Is that the full list?

You could try using the custom option in MS update and see if it finds any other drivers you could use. Also you could download DriverMax (requires registration, but is free) this will search for any newer driver releases for your hardware. http://www.drivermax.com/download.htm. I've also double checked on Acer's site (as you probably have also) for a newer version but there are none.
