I'm working on reformatting my Acer 4620Z to XP instead of vista but my bios doesn't have the option (at least I don't think it does) to change from AHCE to IDE. Anyone have any suggestions??? I have all the drivers I just can't get it to install.

    Thanks
    Keith

you need to first update your BIOS (v1.32 does it) i only found out last night, and then you can change from IDE to AHCI and back , it's on the FTP site of acer

    good luck
