    Hello

I've got an Acer Ferrari 3200 which appears to have the classic corrupted Bios problem. Fans running, Black Screen no boot activity. (Changed ram and CPU just to confirm)
Has anyone actually completed a Bind Bios repair on a Ferrari 3200 and does the Esc plus Function key on this model actually force a rebuild.
I've tried it out and can't get any response using a pen drive formatted as a boot drive (FAT) as well as a boot CD. Tried them as a critical disk using the latest Bios as well as trying running as an autoexec.bat on both booting phlash16.exe.

I don't have a usb floppy drive but would have expected seeing the flash drive light if it was trying to read. The CD spins up and then stops.

I'm not seeing any power lights flashing when I hold the function and Escape key down and suspect this model does not support this key stroke.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Tony
