    hello.

    i just got my Artic Silver paste today, and im looking to apply this to my laptop. im at the stage where the i can see the processor... but i have no clue how to take it all appart to get to it. there are many covers and metals above it.

    has anyone applied this to there's? :confused:
    any guides for this certain laptop around the web? :confused:

    i have read through these topics. but im still unsure how to do mine.

    Ok, one thing, don't do anything unless you're absolutely sure!

    You can open your laptop and have a look around first, and if you're not sure where everything is, STOP and DON'T MESS AROUND!

    The thing is the Farrari uses:
    Processor: AMD Turion 64 (or X2)
    Chipset: ATI Express X200M (aka Northbridge)
    Graphics: Various (X1600 ish)

    but considering its Acer, the heatpipe layouts probably are similar. Consult this guide for the Aspire 5672 (Core Duo, i945PM, X1400/1600) by SSX:
