    Hello there!

I have been browsing through the archives in hope of finding a tutorial to remove the hard drive from my Acer 3400. So far, no such luck. I even went ahead and downloaded the Acer 3400 PDF file which was listed in one of the stickes. In any case, I was wondering if someone had some instructions I could follow.

    Thanks!

I just replaced the 40 GB in my 3623 with an 80 GB. I took the bottom hard drive panel off. The drive is held in place by a cover plate held by four screws. Once the four screws are removed, gently slide the drive out. There are four more screws that hold the drive to the cover plate. To put it back together, just do everything in reverse.
