The chipset for the Ferrari 4002 is the RadeonĀ® Xpress 200M, My question is, Will the New Turion 64 X2 Dual core processors be compatible with the 200M Chipset?

The chipset most probably wont be an issue. The issue assuming you are trying to upgrade would be that the new Turion64 X2's run on an updated Socket - S1 with 638 pins compared to the Turion64 which runs on socket 754 with 754 pins. So basically you cannot upgrade to the dual core Turion from the single core version. Plus you will also run into issues with DDR and DDR2 memory due to the integrated memory controller as Turion X2's support DDR2 memory whereas single core Turions supported DDR memory. DDR and DDR2 memory are pretty much incompatible(not interchangable as well) with each other meaning the Turion wont run DDR2 memory and the Turion X2 wont run DDR memory.

Coming to your question, the 200M most probably wont be able to support the X2's due to the above stated changes to the cpu's.

Well thanks for taking the time to explain.
