    Hi,

I am trying to hook up my notebook to a TV through the S Video channel. I was told that the resolution should be 800X600 and then things should work fine!

Sadly, it hasnt happened so far! Doi we have to fool ore around the display settings of X700 in Ferrari? If any of you have done this before, please advise!

    Thanks.

Tell us more about what you are getting... any image of any kind? If I'm not mistaken, S-Video feed is 480 lines, so your TV might not show the whole image, making you scroll up/down to see the parts that don't show... you also need to go into the video settings somewhere to select what external display you want to use... this appears in your video settings if you've installed the ATI stuff for it...

Ever hooked anything else to your TV via S-Video? works ok?
