    Hi All,

My toddler was playing with my computer during the day and when I got home the blue power light was permanently on. When I press the power on button nothing happens.

I've connected it to the charger (battery light is orange) and it still doesn't boot. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

oops my bad, just read the acer website - had to remove the excess static electricity in the m/board by unpluging, taking off battery and depressing the start button for 30 secs. That got rid of the blue light and it's working again

hope this comes useful for someone else in the future
