I own a Ferrari 3200 and purchased a 4000 Series bluetooth / wireless mouse off of Ebay a few weeks ago because the wired mouse that comes with the 3200 series is just to small. I've read where people have problems with the bluetooth mouse being slow but I cannot even get mine to connected with the 3200.

I went through everything over and over and still cannot get it to work. I called Acer and they indicated there is a driver on the System CD for the 4000 Series for the mouse to properly function.

Is this true, or should it work regardless?

Since I do not own a 4000 Series they would not send me a System CD because they only send them to confirmed serial numbers.

Does anyone know where I can obtain this driver or have a dup copy of their System CD that I can use to install this driver for the mouse to work?

I check through the stickie thread at the top with the links to websites with the newest drivers but I did not see anything.

Any help is appreciated, I also tried searching this forum but I did not come up with much

there has to be some sort of a program to set it up with, the 4000 ferrari will have a program that automatically speaks with the mouse, other than that if there were 3 bluetooth mouses in an area they would all be controlling each other, there has to be a place to set the channel , etc

I am wondering if the btooth mouse for the Ferrari 4000 requires Btooth Version 1.2. Does your Acer Ferrari 3200 have bluetooth v1.2? Because, I'm thinking there are some compatibility issues.
