    I think that this GPU lacks video BIOS, so you'll have to embed the video BIOS in the system BIOS. Check around I think that this is your problem.

    Could anyone shed some light please? Ive gone through a refurbishment of my notebook, most of the parts were changed into brand new ones and my only issue is that GPU is not detected!!!

    You need to disable driver signature to install the modded drivers, thats why its giving you that error.
