    Acer Mxm 2.1/3a Gpu Bracket

    I just bought a 9700m gt ddr3 to replace my ddr2 9600m 1gb

    typical luck no bracket and my old bracket doesnt fit.

    I can get the heatsink for the gpu but no bracket. i have the bottom half but the top half wont fit from my previous gpu.

    Does anyone know where i can get one or has one?

    Like i said i need a full size mxm 2.1 card bracket for an acer gpu
    or any guide to retrofit the old one onto the gpu.

    I think there are some part numbers floating around for that heatsink and bracket in your owners thread?

    It would help us if you posted your laptop model obviously :rolleyes:

    Alternatively you might be able to make a bracket out of sheet metal or something.

    The Model is an Acer 8930g gonna try modding the bracket as we speak gonna be a squeeze
