Hi all, I got my Acer Aspire TLX 4820TG about 3 months back. I was happily using it until now. My battery does not seem to be charging at all! My notebook will show the battery as "0%, plugged in and charging" but when I remove the AC power after a few hours of charging, the notebook shuts down straight away as there is no power in the battery. Is this a battery issue (can't be, right? It's only 3 months old!) or a notebook issue? Has anyone encountered this and know the solution??

    Thanks!

have you manage to get it sorted? because that's exactly what is happening to mine, once you unplug from the power cord, rather than running off from battery, it shuts down completely..
