    Acer Notebook Problems

    I have an Aspire 5315. Recently I have encountered two issues. First, I can not print. When I hit the print button, and once I pick the appropriate printer, I hit the print button and it goes through the steps, and without n error message it will not print. Also, when going to the control panel, the control anel box menu appears and then quickly dissapears. I hope someone might have some answers or ideas.

    A few years ago, I remember a virus that caused this sort of effect. It hid itself in one of the dll's that was part of control panel.

    It would be worth doing a full virus scan if you haven't done so already.
