i did factory restore with D150 and now it's giving me no bootable device error

    Check cable connection..!
    PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM.
    no bootable device

    tested HDD and it fine
restore process goes fine without any problem
after rebooting to finish it off, i'm getting this error

sticked the HDD into other laptop and it's doing same error so I thought it was bootloader
tried fix bootloader but still same error

boot order is HDD first and Atheros ethernet 2nd
Atheros can not be removed from boot order list

I can send it in for RMA but I just want to know what the hell is wrong with it cuz this is not the first time I've seen this on Acer laptop

I found the same problem with the same model computer this morning. I hadn't done anything different than usual, that's just what came up when I tried to power on. I called Acer and was told I'd have to buy a recovery disk (and what's the deal with not including those to begin with?), which I did, with several problems along the way. Of course, the netbook has no disk drive, so now I'm looking at that expense, too. I searched through several forums and read about flashing the bios, but I could never get it to work. I've also read about how long it takes to get the computer back if you send it in (unlike my previous HP which I sent on a Friday and had back on Monday!), so I'd like to avoid that. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
