    Acer One power management? downclocking Atom

    I just got a Acer One 751. It has an Atom Z520 1.33GHz CPU running at 1.24GHz.

    When I'm running on battery it's not downclocking, it keeps running at 1.24Ghz. How can I downclock it?

    My Samsung NC10 allows me to clock the 1.6Ghz Atom to 800MHz.

    Maybe Z520 does not have speed step?

    Edit: true. Z520 does not have speedstep. That explains it.
