    Hi

i download videos (movies) from the internet and try to burn a dvd movie with the free bundled software PowerProducer

when i burn normal 4:3 videos it works best with my PS2 and with my car DVD player

i try to burn the widescreen one but the result is like that
the widescreen videos is converted to be wider than it's original size

when i play it on my computer it seems work there is black bars on the left and right but when i play the original files then it will play good as wide screen

the resolution of the video is like that 640x352

sorry but i can't get shot's for the video i don't know how

    and thanks

The issue the .vob is not showing up correctly has to do with your compression and resize issues. I have run into the same problem when going from VHS tapes over to DVD's for clients (home movies). They work great on 4:3 (640:480) but if I go 16:9 (anamorphic) or 16:10 (non-anamorphic) on widescreen LCD displays the overall pictures is skewed.

The best way to get around this is to use Adobe Premiere and do letter boxing on the top and bottom of the video (16:10). This allows you to view it in a 4:3 and 16:9/16:10 picture with no problems :)

    yeah i know that exactly

and i have a program that can do that other than adobe one's

how stupid that guy's working in CyberLink everyone must conver movies 2 times to get it work on TVs

no one solve that program problem without need to convert files 2 times and wast time

i have to convert over 10 movies so they will need more than 2 day's of hard working

    BTW, thanks
