I have read all the threads on my issue and it does not seem to show anywhere. When I try to press alt+ f10 on the POST screen, rather than giving me options to restore the system it gives me options for safe mode, to startup using last know good configuration and to start windows normally, how can I get to the correct menu.

see if you have d2d enabled on bios.
