    Did anyone requested Acer Recovery Media discs for 6920G? Because I can't order them, my serial is not recognized (maybe it's because I've entered it on the U.S. website).

    you may have to actually call tech-support to get a resolution,,,

    i have had the acer warranty site not recognize my serial #.... and even claim that it's invalid... and that is after cut/pasting it so as to prevent typing errors...

    then i enter a second or 3rd time and it goes thru... database errors i suspect!

    Even so, wouldn't be nice if someone with the same hardware could share it? Because basically it's usefull only to those who own that hardware and have licence for the software. No pirating, just helping a buddy.
