So I called Acer a couple times but I never really understood the people there. I tried taking notes on my PDA but I cannot read them... they're all scribbled and out of order, plus I couldn't heart the person so it all make this a much more difficult ordeal.
I was wondering what address I should send my Aspire one to, I think it's in Temple Texas, but... street, Zip?

    Thanks a bunch.

I suggest you call this number - +1-408-533-7700 - and find out.

By the way where did you buy your AOA from?
