    Your replacement should be the exact same model. If the model isn't available anymore it should be one with simular specs or better.

    Try to refuse.

    must be same or better, they are ripping you off
    go for another 7 card
    make sure it has a webcam
    you can try and avoid vista, but I would personally call that an upgrade.

    Yes am try to do that i want something with graphic and other stuff any suggest model they might have that will be refurb chanells?

    I don,nt want intel graphic

    Oh the 5630 did have vista on it was part anytime upgrade also it had 1 gig stock and other 2 but ****y video on tm and no cam vista buiness is um

    any suggest on model they might still have? i not sure what logical replacment line up wound be am think most like the wound be the 5920 serios? look at website they 5720 does,nt have decaited video

    so how did your replacement go? what was the process? did they ask you to run all sorts of tests and did it take long to get a replacement?

    i'm really interested in know because my HDD just crashed big time on my 5672, and the thing seems to be starting to die. i would like to know how to deal with acer.

    I don't think you'll be getting a system replacement for a dead hard drive. And just saying that your system "seems to be starting do die" means nothing. It's either dead or not, not somewhere in the middle.

    I know that.. its pretty obvious.

    seems like my dvd burner is really dying now. its refusing to burn anything this morning.

    If you call them and tell them about those 2 problems, they will replace them for you given that you're still under warranty.

    yup the new HDD is on the way. i'm glad it still is under warranty!

    i would like to know the outcome of andyasselin's replacement laptop.

    My Sister replacement laptop she got cause he had marjor issues he new refurb one of same seriois works great but it was replaced to due to techs messing it up
