I have an Acer S3-391 that I have a system image on a USB hard drive. I want to restore that image back onto the machine.

I tried to boot off of a Windows 8.1 USB stick. I have used this USB stick to install Windows 8.1 on various other machine from Dell, HP, etc.The Acer will only see the USB stick in Legacy BIOS mode. I cannot restore in Legacy BIOS mode since the original format was UEFI. Any other machine that supports UEFI will see and boot from this USB stick.

How do I recover this image onto my machine?
