    So I am having trouble with my trackpad and FN volume keys.

    1. The trackpad sometimes does not work with the right or left clicks and requires a few presses, is this an issue for anyone else?
    2. The FN (UP) and (DOWN) which controls the volume has stopped working, is there a way to map the keys?

    Just wanted to update anyone who might have this problem in the future.
    We reformatted the laptop and installed windows 7 64 bit and that seems to have solved the problem.
    The issue was that the drivers for Windows 8 were not working correctly for this laptop... seems to be working much better now.
