Has anybody else got one of these 2in1 tablet/notebook?

In sleep mode it looses 36% overnight and there is no hibernate option, i have followed a dozen guides on the net to enable hibernation and it is now enable but their is still no option to select it, i have found a way to make an shortcut with a command to act as an hibernate button but i would like the real option for the start button.

I use to have the Asus T100 2in1 and i think it has the same problem with no hibernation option but i dont think it has the battery drain problem the Acer SW5 does.
