    Acer SW5-011 2in1 10.1- "choose when to turn off the display" setting missing?

    I have an Acer SW5-011 an 10.1" 2in1 tablet with a keyboard running Win8.1 x32

    My problem is there is no "choose when to turn off the display" in the power off options only an "sleep time setting" , I had an Asus T100TA before the Acer and the display off setting was missing from that also.

    Anybody else have this problem?

    Are there any app to turn the display off if there is no activity after a certain time?

    EDIT: it looks like the manufactures want you to put the computer in sleep mode rather than turn off the display to save the battery, but if you are doing updates or have a program working in the background you dont want the computer to go to sleep, but you do want to turn off the display to save battery while it is doing it.
