    I am searching for Acer TravelMate 2000 service guide, and I found something interesting on eMule - ACER Service Manual CD:

    Its easy to dismantle ACER notebooks into pieces and then assemble them back, no service manual is required (2 hours at most for the 1st time, less than one hour dismantle and assemble after the 1st time). Most Acer notebooks are similar, if you can open your notebook, you can dismantle any other current models.

    If anyone has Aspire 5050 service guide, that would be awesome. The laptop won't turn on. I think I've pin pointed the problem to a burned out power inductor but need more info on the specs of the part, so I can find the right one. Thanks.
