I just upgraded my 8200 to Win 7 Enterprise. After formatting my HD, all drivers were installed automatically except the drivers for the the three programmable buttons next to the power button. Even without the driver, the mail and internet buttons work, but they cannot be reprogrammed. I have tried to download from Acers site, but they don't have a driver for 7 yet. The XP and Vista drivers did not work with Win7.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Download the driver for Vista on Acers website. Then right click on the setup-file and run it in compatibily settings for "Windows Vista", and tick the "Run as adminstrator".

That worked for my Acer 6930ZG.

    Kind Regards Peter.

    Agreed.
Vista drivers will basically work on 7 too.
Just make sure you download the right architecture(32bit/64bit) software.
But Acer website will provides both of it, don't worry. And mostly all 32bit software will work on 64bit too.
Here is the website of Acer, http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/

Wow thats weird since its the official driver mmm... maybe you should try with version 3.0.0.3 ( I saw it listed in the acer download page)

They are silently adding Windows 7 driver options to the models in the driver download page, as i saw my AS5738 and a few others that had Windows 7 option
