I just upgraded my 8200 to Win 7 Enterprise. After formatting my HD, all drivers were installed automatically except the drivers for the the three programmable buttons next to the power button. Even without the driver, the mail and internet buttons work, but they cannot be reprogrammed. I have tried to download from Acers site, but they don't have a driver for 7 yet. The XP and Vista drivers did not work with Win7.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Download the driver for Vista on Acers website. Then right click on the setup-file and run it in compatibily settings for "Windows Vista", and tick the "Run as adminstrator".
That worked for my Acer 6930ZG.

Vista drivers will basically work on 7 too.
Just make sure you download the right architecture(32bit/64bit) software.
But Acer website will provides both of it, don't worry. And mostly all 32bit software will work on 64bit too.
Here is the website of Acer, http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ -
Windows 7 drivers are out: Launch Manager 3.0
http://global-download.acer.com/GDF...spire&Step3=Aspire 5736G&OS=711&LC=en&SC=PA_6
IT SAYS x64, BUT IT ALSO CONTAINS THE X86 (32-bit) DRIVER... (tested in my acer 5738 with Win7 32bits works flawless)
Enjoy. -

They are silently adding Windows 7 driver options to the models in the driver download page, as i saw my AS5738 and a few others that had Windows 7 option -
I can't find it myself. My model was Acer Aspire 6920G. -
