    i have several questions.

maybe you could help me out,

What's the real weight with battery ?

The case it's made of plastic or some other material?

There's real difference between 3200 series and the 4500 series apart of the battery?
those the 9700 radeon with 64 mb it's enuff to run Sims 2 and games like that?

    thx for yer coop,

afaik, the weight of the unit will come close to 3kg if u plan to lug the adapter around with u.

the case is made of plastic

3200 n 4500/4000 series is built using different housing. 3201 comes with a 14.1" LCD while 4000/4500 series comes with a 15" and 15.4" LCD respectively. 3200 n 4500 cant share battery since the design is different. i personally prefer 3200's battery design since u won't have a handicapped(unbalanced) lappy in case u wish to take out the battery n runs on adapter instead.

9700 with 64mb should b enough to run Sim2. Though so far I have only loaded NFSU2 demo n it played fine, even graphic details set at "High".

n, btw, Acer ePowerManagement for 3201 series is out n ready for download.

Hey acer owners, I am looking at the 3201xci as well, any ghosting of the screen during gaming? Does the unit feel pretty sturdy? How is your battery life?
