    When will the Acer Timeline hit the streets and will it come in a Core 2 Duo model?

    Seems like a very intriguing competitor which is using Inventec as the ODM on the 13.3" models.

    This notebook seems like its light with 8-10 hour battery life. This one is on my radar screen at the moment and is the best new one from the Taiwanese OEM's.

    These specs give or take seem to be what Im looking for right now. Though if any other vendors come out with their own new models soon, I may look at those as well.
