I just purchased an Acer Timeline 5810TZ-4784. I'm a graduate student at U of Michigan I got Windows 7 professional x64 for free to replace the bloated windows 7 home that was installed on it. I also partioned the drive so I could dual boot linux/windows. I finished installing windows today and I find that the wireless card is not found. The properties just call it a Network Controller with no identification. I downloaded and installed the wireless driver from Acer's website, and that did nothing. In looking at the driver properties it does not let me update the driver(I mean the button is gray, I can't use it). What do I do?
