    Hi,
I just bought Acer Timeline X 5820T-5951 model and when I started it for the first time im getting the error in the screen shot which is attached to this thread. Its complaining about a file \windows\system32\winload.exe. Did any of you face this issue? Since the laptop doesnt come with any installation disk any pointers to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Sundar.

Thanks Bronsky and Ghandi for your suggestion. The issue is, after pressing alt + f10 it does some thing and reboots automatically. I called the acer support and they said I have to try running the recovery disk which they have shipped today which will reach me in 7-10 business day. If that does not work I need to ship to Acer service center for repair which will take 3-4 weeks for repair and ship back.

The problem is, I will be leaving US and going back to my home country in Sep and I have very limited time.
    Is there an Option
    1) to copy only this corrupted file from someother computer and try rebooting it or
    2) to get the recovery cd downloaded online (acer doesnt have this option) via torrent or filesharing sites and try running it. Unfortunately I can see only a torrent for 5920.

If either one of the option works it is good, other wise I can ship them immediately without waiting for 10 days the CD to reach me.
