    Funny, pictures show a 9 cell. Maybe that was all the stock footage they had. You are probably right.

    how is the 4820TG compared to ASUS U45JC or U33JC (the bamboo series)?? Would you recommend the acer vs. the asus ones?

    Asus is more lighter and has more battery power but less performance.

    Acer is balanced at both, good performance, 4.6lb 5-6 hour battery life, good price.

    Bamboo series is good for the usb 3, WIDI and it's light for the 13" screen. i believe it was 3.7lb but the 14" one is around 4.7lb. i would stick with Acer if you play games.
