I've searched for a solution to this problem where the fan suddenly kicks in at 100% speed and runs for a few minuttes and then go silent again. It's driving me crazy, so i hope someone have a solution to this.

    - Only kicking in on battery (CPU cooling)
    - sometimes kicking in at 35degrees while cold air is comming out of the vent.
    - I have contacted Acer but there is no help.
    - tried most fan controlling programs but none of them work with TimelineX
    - mobo: Acer ZR7B (if anyone can use this)

I did an alternative by of changing the maximal CPU load on battery in the power settings to 40% which makes it kicks in less but this have to be redone every restart so its not a good solution.

I can use all suggestions right now!
    Thanks in advance

i found something... but now i need a prgrammer who can create a program that allows me to do this more easily..

With RWeverything - Embedded Controller - 50/05 i can make the fan speed go up or down for a few seconds before it its regulating it back automatic.

it works with the numbers between 02 and 14 where 14 is full speed.

If someone knows how to use these codes and to program a small utillity it could be awesome!
