I felt daring and though I could update the VBIOS with one compiled form IEGD (Intel Embedded Graphics Driver).

This failed. I now have a lifeless screen...

I flashed the latest Travelmate 2480 BIOS (1508) and the bad VBIOS.

This is also a Phoenix BIOS.

I looked into my options and so far it seems I can use the crysis recovery disc to restore the BIOS. I'm sort of limited big time on my options right now so I have the option of using a CD or a flash drive atm as boot devices (a usb floppy drive comes for me in like 2 weeks)

    Assistance?
