    Hi, all......

Just encountered some problem with my laptop, Acer travelmate 3210 (3214NWXMi). I would like to format the machine due to it has infected by virus. I would like to do the recovery and just spotted that there is no empowering folder can be found in my machine and that time I bought the machine, no e-recovery disk has been given. I do not know if like this do I still managed to the the recovery? By how? because I have tried by pressing Alt-F10 but seems like it doesn't work. So I really have no idea what should I do......Hope to hear some suggestives answer from all of u. Appreciate a lot for all of ur help...Thanks in advance....
