I am trying to make that old thing viable again and i am a little confused. On the acer support page it's written that it accepts DDR333 ram, but the one i have in is a 518MB PC2 4200.

Here on the other hand it's written that it can go up to PC2-5300 DDR2

So i am wondering if i could just buy the cheaper option rather tan forking 2 * 27 Euro for something my sister will use...

    DDR333

    DDR2 533 MHz

    DDR2 667 MHz

Edit: Thanks for all the answer guys, what would i do without you people i wonder. For those that ask themselves the same question, YES you can use the DDR2 667 MHz
