    Dear All,

I have just reinstalled my system after having many errors on the notebook. Now all is fine except my ADSL is very slow. I plugged ADSL out and used a wifi, then it was fine.

The error is not that the internet is not available, it is on, but it is very slow. It is like it was dial-up.

I have checked the LAN icon, opened status window, and saw packets coming and going from 1 to up. it was just like wire is heating and gets better. After 10 mins the packets received was still around 1000.

I repeat, it runs fine with wifi, around 4-5 Mbps.

Please help, is this hardware error?
