I have acer travelmate 5730. In my laptop i found a problem that the cable which connects powerbutton and motherboard has damaged. I can t fine any alternate ways to switch on the laptop. I am in INDIA. I have asked more than 5 service centers . they says that the cable is worth Rs.700 to 800 . But they are not responding till now. I am looking it for over 2 months. For a 40 thousand laptop, they are unable to provide a simple cable. The service centers in india are so bad for acer products. Could anyone help me to get over this problem?
