    Acer UK support and purchase options?

    I've been lusting after the 3820tg for months now, but I'm determined to get the version with the 5650 graphics card, and could only find it with a 5470 in the UK.

    I'm reluctant to import due to worries about support and I've heard some of the screens can be less than stellar, so I'd like to see it first.

    Anyway, I've gone as far as emailing Acer directly, asking where I can buy it in the UK, being very specific about needing the 5650 version. After 3 days I got a 2 line reply saying that it was available from Amazon UK.

    Now maybe I don't know how to search properly, because I've spent a lot of time searching Amazon, and I'm not finding any reference to a 3820tg with the 5650 model (in the UK). I went back to Acer, but got a standard reply where they clearly hadn't even read my email.

    this isn't exactly doing great things for my confidence in Acer support, and I still can't buy the laptop anyway. Does anyone know where I could by the 3820tg (with 5650) in the UK?
    Does anyone know if Acer UK offer support? Can they even read? their replies to my emails seem to indicate they can neither read, nor spell... :( I'm tempted to fire off an angry email, but I get the impression there's only an automated answer system fumbling with the copy/paste function...
