I got an Aspire One Netbook a couple months ago. No problems to start with, and I haven't installed anything major (e.g., windows 7--other threads seem to be saying this messes with the volume controls). A couple weeks ago, my keyboard controlled volume (FN + up/down/f5) stopped working. I assumed I accidentally hit some toggle key, and that I'd eventually hit it again, and everything would work as it should. That has yet to happen.

Is there a way to toggle the keyboard volume control on/off, or is this some deeper problem? I can still adjust the volume using the mouse, so the sound drive itself seems to be fine.

    Thanks
