Hello, I apologize in advance if this has already been posted but I thought I would create one about this situation. After upgrading to Win7 the unit seems to drop the DVD drive all together after installation. I have installed the SATA/AHCI driver and after restarting seemed to fix it. From what I have gotten from people so far is that they have a GU10N dvd drive. The driver is Win7 32 and 64 bit. Try it and see if it solves any problem you might be having?
