Acer a4535 BIOS not booting

Hi a friend has an acer aspire 4535, but bios do not appear, sometimes if you leave it on for hours it turns on with windows and all. I opened it up, but I couldn't find what was wrong, I thought it was the cmos battery, but I can't seem to find the battery.

Does this laptop use that battery?

that's the motherboard, but no luck with the battery.

Hi, i seem to have the same problem. Could you solve it? I've tried updating the BIOS, but didn't do the trick :S
