I have a 2 year old acer aspire 4930G laptop. Recently i have noticed that the charger port is kinda tight when i try to plug in the charger to the laptop.
As far as i have seen the charger port is perfectly staying in place inside of the laptop. But sometimes it feels like i am applying kinds too much force to plug in the charger than i supposed to. Is it normal with acer laptops

Depends on a laptop. I used to have an Acer that I was sure would break at one point because charger port was really tight and I had to push/pull really hard to connect/disconnect the charger.
To my surprise it didn't. On the other hand my current laptop has a charger port too loose and it's likely to come off on its own if you move it too much.

So- as long as it works- don't worry about that.
