Bought this laptop almost two years ago now, got it fixed a few times during its life time. Its current problem is that its screen is completely blank, even before booting windows. When I turn it (The screen that is) off and on again it works for about half a second with the bottom left corner really dark before blanking out again. I'm currently using another screen connected to it which works fine.

It might be worth mentioning that the computer acts like the screen is working, the computer recognizes that it's there and thinks it's on, I can tell because when I try to plug in a second screen it tries to display split screen until I close the laptop screen.

I plan to take it in for service tomorrow unless someone else has had this problem and it's relatively easy to fix.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Nop there is no magic solutions , send it for repair .

And try to not vibrate the laptop that much in the future .
I do not say that as accusation , just as a Tip .

Ok, well thanks anyway, I've got great insurance on the laptop so it's not a problem. I do move it around a lot as I carry it in my bag, maybe I ought to get a case for it, thanks for the advice kiriakost.
