Although one of the three usb ports is usb 3.0 ,it works as usb 2.0. I know it s usb 3.0 because it is different from the others. I installed drivers but nothing changed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You need a USB 3.0 speed flash drive to utilise the full benefit of that port.
