Hello to everybody as this is my first post here.

I have a acer aspire 7720g with faulty 8400M GS graphic card.

I would like to fix it and upgrade with another graphic card which is 100% compatible with my laptop(bios etc) because as far i searched and check no one make it work perfect.

So which graphic card can you suggest with 512mb or 1gb memory to fit in my laptop in order to avoid any issues? For example a friend of mine said that the ATI HD 3470 is the better.is it correct?

Ps.i don't wont to put again the 8400m gs as this was the 3rd!!! and it's popular that it is faulty.

    Thanks

    Have you checked this thread?
The best one confirmed to work would be 9600M GT
