    Hello,

    My screen shows only grey/white.

After my notebook starts up, the screen shows only grey/white coloured screen. :(
I can hear the procesor and the coolingfan working correctly.
After this all, i can hear also the antivirus has worked, so the hole thing starts-up correctly. :)

But only the screen shows full grey/white. Nothing to seen on there!

Hope you can help me out on this.
    Any sugestions are welcome.

    My best regards, Bert

Did you try connecting it on the external display? If you did what happened? Were the colors ok?
And what is the GPU in your laptop? Is it Nvidia 7300 Go?

And about the GPU, Correct. Its an Nvidia 7300 Go. Why??

May be your card just died if the same thing happens when you connect it to a external display....

Otherwise, it could be up to the laptop display (inverter etc)...

    Cheers

Can you see or enter the BIOS screen if you keep hitting F2 at start up ?

If not it does sound hardware related.
Arminator mentions the invertor. That fault gives no backlight behind the screen so if that were the problem and you shine a torch on the screen you would see the display as normal... yours doesn't sound like that tbh.

    Hello,

I have tested it with an exernal screen.

And........................Yes it worked ;) . All colors and graphics where perfect.

    So the problem could be:
    1. Screencabel.
    2. Screen.

    3. or...?

    any sugestions would be helpfull

    My best regards, Bert
