I want to replace the qualcomm atheros ar5bwb222 Wireless card with an internal intel card so can have widi. Is it possible to do that? Wasn't sure if the wireless card is soldered in since it's an ultrabook.

Also, do you know if the new card I need is a half height card or do I need an adapter too?

    Thanks

Yes that's it and as you can see it's replaceable.
Any half-height module (not meant for Lenovo or HP) will work fine.

Heehee62, did you get this to work? I want to do the same thing. What intel card did you get?
