    Acer bio protection not deleteing help???????

    I have an acer aspire 8920 laptop my finger print bioprotection is not working so when i try to uninstall it goes through the process then akes me to restart computer and its still there and it wont let me reinstall untill i uninstall old one first please help

    try restarting in SAFE MODE (press F8 at boot up)

    you may have better luck uninstalling the driver and software in safe mode

    Hi, go through registry and delete all references to the software, reboot then then reinstall then uninstall. Backup registry first though...

    Hi. I had some problem with my finger print bioprotection, but I learnt how use it. In begining I put my finger from up to down and bioprotection never works fine, but when I put my finger from down to up it works very good.
