I am always getting asked to backup my system, and I plan on doing it, but I got to ask. If I make the DVD, will it just bring it to the state it is now, or right to factory defaults?
Also, how many times can this be done?
and if its not the defaults, how do I make a disc of the defaults?

The DVD it creates restores your computer back to factory defaults. There's no limit to how many times you can create a backup DVD.

Ok, so burn the 2 DVD's, and then use them whenever I need them. Now, do I just boot with them in the drive? And it will be like when installing windows?

Yes. Obviously, make sure to change the boot order in the BIOS to boot from cd/dvd-drive. Otherwise, yea it'll go like the windows reinstaller, but with less options, and more "Next" clicking

Alrighty, Thanks!
NBR is always a good source
Acer defaults.
